The $99 deposit secures your VIP consultation spot and keeps the open day exclusive, so every guest gets unhurried, one-to-one time. It's fully credited to your treatment plan when you go ahead, so it's a credit, not an extra cost.

If you proceed with treatment, the full $99 is credited to your plan. If you decide not to proceed, it's used as your consultation fee and isn't refunded, and we'll still send you your dental records as part of the consultation at no extra charge. The deposit is also non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or don't attend.

Yes. The $1,000 saving applies to eligible treatment plans valued at $5,000 or more when you book and deposit on the day of the event. It's exclusive open day pricing and can't be claimed afterwards.

Not at all. The consultation is obligation-free. You'll get a clear picture of your options and costs, and it's entirely your choice whether to go ahead, then or later.

The open day runs across Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 July 2026. Spots are limited and allocated by appointment, so we'll confirm your exact time by phone once you apply.

Only 32 consultation spots are available across the whole event. Once they're filled, they're gone, so we recommend applying early to secure a time that works for you.
